We have been dabbling in selling some of our photos, flash and illustrator files on iStockphoto. We don’t really invest a whole lot of time in doing this, but it is something kinda fun and also I personally learnt a lot by doing this. I uploaded my first Illustrator file in 2007 and at the time I did not know Illustrator at all.
For me this was a great why of learning how to do it and then afterwards it would be inspected by an iStock inspector and they would point out any issues if any. At the beginning there were obviously a couple of issues like open paths, but because I got some great feedback I could fix the files and reupload them if they were fit for vector stock.
