Flash FullScreen Video

Always forget this – if you want to have fullscreen Flash video toggle (normally a button in the player skin) – when you publish you need to make 2 changes to the HTML options:
1. Set “Template” to Flash Only – FullScreen
2. Set Scale to “No scale” – this will allow the scaling (!!)
